Can I track my order status?

Your order can be tracked in the order summary of your customer account. Here, you can find many additional useful functions.

Is it possible to change the invoice/delivery address?

Please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. As a private customer, you can edit the fields "Street, number", "Postcode" and "Town" as well as "Phone", "Mobile phone" and "Fax" yourself. Under "Manage delivery addresses", you can change or delete existing delivery addresses or create a new delivery address. Are you a business customer and would you like to have one of the other address fields changed? In this case, after having logged in, please go to "Contact → Accounting → Change of invoice address" on the start page of the online shop.

Can I use multiple credit cards?

Please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. Using multiple credit cards is possible. You can enter them under "Manage credit cards" in your customer account.

How do I change my password?

Please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. You can reset your password under "Change password".

Subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter → general news

Please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. In your customer account or via the yellow newsletter button, you have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter.

How can I delete my customer account?

Please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. You can delete your customer account by clicking the appropriate button. Then follow the "Delete" link in the e-mail you will receive from us for authentification.

How can I check my credit balance?

Owing to our wide range of payment methods, it is not possible to us to show your current credit in the customer account. You can, however, enquire your credit balance any time under Contact → Accounting.

I can no longer log in 

If you have forgotten your password, we offer the option "Password forgotten" (directly under the e-mail input field). Here, you can request a new password by e-mail and then log in to your customer account again.

How can I change my e-mail address?

Since the e-mail is part of your access data, please log in to the online shop and go to your customer account. In the customer account, find the button "Change e-mail address". Just enter your new e-mail address and your current password, and the data will be changed.

Your system does not accept my VAT registration number. What shall I do?

Make sure to place your two-character country code, e.g. "NL", before the registration number. Please omit any blank spaces, dots or other special characters. Doublecheck all digits of the number.
