I need a written offer. What should I do?

You can create an offer directly on the respective product side. How it works:

1. Select and configure the desired product (e. g. format, material, quantity, etc.).
2. Click Create offer at the bottom of the page.
3. Enter a name for your offer so you can easily find it later on.
4. Your offer will now be created and will be valid for 30 days – the price will not change during this period.
5. You can find your offer in your customer account under My offers, where you can download it as a PDF file, send it by e-mail or convert it into an order.

Tip: You can also modify the offer layout – for example, by adding your own logo and an individual sender address. Additionally, you can add a surcharge.
