Can I change the delivery address afterwards?

A subsequent change of delivery address is possible until your order goes into shipping. To enquire about the possibility to change, please use our form under Contact → General inquiry → Shipment status.

How do I calculate the delivery time? 

The total delivery period is based on: receipt of payment, receipt of data, production time and shipment duration. Find all pertinent information under the Shipping section.

What is the delivery status of my order?

As soon as the consignment has been turned over to the shipping provider, you can trace the status by means of the shipment tracking number sent to you. You can find it in the "Order summary" of your customer account.

Is Saturday delivery possible? 

Goods can be shipped by parcel service within Germany with deliveries from Monday to Saturday. Express shipping can be chosen as an option with Saturday delivery. Deliveries of heavy or large-volume consignments are effected by shipping agents from Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery outside Germany is not possible. Please select the desired option under Shipping/Payment while placing the order.

How much are the shipping charges?

This is how you can calculate the shippping costs yourself: If free standard shipping is not offered, or express shipment is desired, you can see the costs in the table under Shipping → Shipping information. You can also find the weight of your desired product at the end of the product configuration next to the total costs.

What countries does Onlineprinters serve? 

All countries served are shown in our shipping information under Shipping. Please note that net deliveries can generally be effected only to the country of the registered invoice address.

Is neutral shipment possible? 

Neutral shipment is possible in nearly all our countries of delivery. Please indicate the desired delivery address while placing your order. Your print products will leave our company with a neutral parcel, delivery note and label. Excluded from this rule are consignments to Andorra, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland because the export procedures of these countries require shipment with complete export and invoice documents.

Can the order be split up to multiple addresses?

Splitting up an order to multiple addresses is, unfortunately, not possible.

Is it possible to change the shipping method afterwards?

Changing the shipping method afterwards is not possible. Please calculate the desired delivery date before placing your order and select the production time and the shipping method accordingly. Find more information under Shipping.

My tracking number is not valid?!

As soon as your order has been turned over to the shipping provider, you will be notified by e-mail. The tracking number is normally not visible in shipment tracking until the evening of that day or the next workday.

How is my order being shipped?

The decision whether your order will be shipped through a parcel service provider or a shipping agent is up to Onlineprinters. Generally, orders with a high weight/volume are forwarded by shipping agent.

I have placed 3 orders with Onlineprinters. Will they be grouped for shipment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to effect group shipment. As an alternative, we can offer you our "multi-packs". Here you can combine several versions in one order.

What is the weight of my order?

The total weight of your consignment is shown on the product page below the total price. Besides, you can calculate the weight of your desired product using our weight calculator under Support/FAQ → Downloads & Tools. Simply indicate the specifications of the desired product (format, number of pages, paper grammage) and you will receive the individual weight as well as the weight of your consignment.
